Spicy Chilli and Garlic Sauce with Mustard

Ingredients:

2 big cups fresh red chilli paste (optional: fresh green chilli paste)
4-6 tbsp mustard paste (optional: 6-8 tbsp mustard powder)
1 heaped tbsp garlic powder
6-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional: regular sugar)
Salt as per taste (Use less than usual quantity as mustard paste already has high salt content)

Method:

• Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a small amount of water if required, but be careful not to make it runny
• Dish out. Garnish accordingly
• Serve with French fries, pakoras, kebabs, sandwiches, burgers, etc.
