Honey and Besan Spread
| Ingredients:
7-8 heaped tbsps sifted gram flour (besan). Dry roast until golden brown 1 heaped tbsp white cumin seed powder 1 heaped tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp black pepper powder (or as per taste) 1 tbsp red chilli powder (or as per taste) 10-12 tbsps honey 4-6 tbsps vinegar ½ medium sized cup extra virgin olive oil (optional, regular cooking oil) 2 levelled tbsps mustard powder Salt to taste |

Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a large, deep, glass mixing bowl
- Now whisk until all ingredients are blended together until smooth (add a little bit of water if required)
- Dish out, garnish with a few mint leaves and serve with toasted or crusty bread or fresh vegetables like sliced carrots, cucumbers, etc.
- You can use it as a healthy spread for sandwiches and rolls as well
