Bounty Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut (dry grated)
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup butter
1 cup cream
½ cup castor sugar
8 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate cereal (optional)

Method:

  • In a bowl mix coconut and condensed milk until it turns into a dough.
  • Make balls of two inches diametre out of the dough.
  • Freeze the balls for five to six hours.
  • In a pan melt butter and add cocoa powder along with sugar.
  • Cook on a low flame.
  • Add the cream and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Dip all the balls in the mixture one at a time.
  • Again freeze for five to six hours.
  • Before serving make a layer of cereal for garnishing.
  • Put the bounty balls on it and serve chilled.
